Roku Error Code 009


Roku has no internet connection. Roku error code 009 says your TV is connected to the router, but does not have access to the Internet. You may use another tool such as a computer or tablet to test if your connection to the Internet is working. If no connection exists, please contact your ISP to help restore the internet connection.

How to Repair Roku Error Code 009: 

Step: 1 Test your link to the Router: 
Test whether your router is working properly.
To test the internet connection using your computer or Smartphone.
If your other computer is correctly connected to the internet, your router will be effectively providing internet access.
But, when your computer connects to the Internet, restart your system.

Step 2: Advanced Router Adjustments:
Update the firmware of your router 
Change your stuffed wireless one 
Adjust to ACL / MAC Address filtering 
Modify wireless protection mode 
Change DNS servers 

Step 3: restart your device:
Go to Configuration > System > Restart your Roku.
Unplug the Roku from the power source, wait a couple of moments and reconnect.
Now restart your router, follow your ISP or Router vendor's instructions.
