Firstly, confirm that internet access is working and that your Server (Internet Services Provider)
receives signals from your router.

Run a quick test to ensure your Internet is functioning properly. Try opening onto another device
some websites like Google , YouTube, etc. If you can open these websites this means your router
works great.

Now, search the network name to which your Roku system is attached. Verify that it is connected to
your home network and receives signals.

Check your wi-fi signals for their strength. You can use your Roku app to test the signal intensity
of your wi-fi router.


To check signal strength follow the steps below:

1. On Roku Remote, press the Home button.
2. Click on Network to go to Folder.
3. From the list pick One.
4. You can find your Signal Strength here.
